Assistant Buyer

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day tasks to support the Buying team and assist in developing seasonal strategies and financial targets.
• Compile and manage data, create assortment sheets, and communicate updates to appropriate business partners.
• Review sales performance to identify trends and participate in discussions regarding sales forecasts and Open To Buy (OTB) concepts.
• Provide input during line edit meetings and participate in pre-season meetings with the Planning team.
• Conduct local store visits to develop expert knowledge of the customer base and gather feedback from store associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, Planning, and Distribution to meet team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to balance analytical and creative skills.
• A deep passion for fashion and an understanding of current product trends.
