Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure optimum cost and quality
• Communicate with vendors regarding item availability, stock levels, and delivery dates
• Present replenishment recommendations to Planning for approval
• Key purchase orders into the system and upload orders
• Analyze and forecast product performance and inventory levels using historical data
• Monitor program buys and core items to manage flow
• Recommend promotional activity to drive sales volume
• Stay updated on industry fashion market trends and merchandising best practices

Requirements

• More than one year of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or a similar role
