Assistant Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day merchandising tasks, including setting up new items, SKUs, and product attributes in merchandising systems.
• Support merchandise operations by tracking samples, organizing product information, and assisting with photo shoots.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product information, samples, and orders.
• Assist in managing purchase orders, delivery timelines, and product flow.
• Pull and analyze weekly sales, inventory, and margin reports to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Support cross-functional partners in Planning, Product Development, Marketing, and Site Experience.
• Track promotional and markdown execution to support category growth.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with merchandising systems.
• A team-first mindset and a desire to grow into a merchandising leadership role.
• Curiosity regarding product trends, fan engagement, and sports culture.
