Assistant Business Performance & Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance across all distribution channels including Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Royalties.
• Coordinate weekly forecasts and reforecast exercises with regional and central teams.
• Prepare weekly sales flashes and monthly management reporting for Top Management and Richemont stakeholders.
• Review regional P&Ls and conduct ad hoc analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Support the global retail network strategy by preparing business cases for boutique openings, relocations, and refurbishments.
• Perform profitability, IRR, and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions and CAPEX prioritization.
• Develop boutique performance frameworks combining Sales, EBIT, and Free Cash Flow metrics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a leading Business or Engineering School.
• Strong interest in Finance, Retail, Business Planning, and the Luxury/Fashion industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in both French and English.
