Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and upselling
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts
- Track sales activities and report performance against targets
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to execute contracts and create sales materials
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in BDM or sales within the logistics/transportation industry
- Strong understanding of logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in logistics or last-mile delivery
