About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and upselling
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts
  • Track sales activities and report performance against targets
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to execute contracts and create sales materials

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in BDM or sales within the logistics/transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
