Assistant Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Lead in developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and other channels to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• Lead the planning and implementation of key activations across in-store, online, and offline touchpoints.
• Manage the integrated marketing activity calendar to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce, to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage external agencies through briefing, creative development, and execution tracking.
• Assist in new product and packaging launches, ensuring strong go-to-market execution.
• Monitor and evaluate brand and campaign performance using key metrics to optimize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, ensuring effective allocation and tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Proven exposure to integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and communication planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in the Beauty or FMCG industry is an advantage.
