Assistant Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, devise, and execute marketing and promotional activities for assigned brands independently
• Interface with sales teams and distributors to communicate a coherent brand identity through merchandising and promotions
• Monitor and control marketing spending against established budgets and plans
• Manage advertising, research, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality professional service delivery
• Analyze market information, competitor activities, and pricing to develop brand strategies in line with group direction
• Implement promotional campaigns and manage daily operational tasks including logistics and POSM management
• Maintain strong relationships with brand owners and provide regular performance updates

Requirements

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
• High competency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and proactive with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Alcoholic Beverage or FMCG industry
• Formal marketing training
• Knowledge of the wines and spirits industry
