Responsibilities
- Assist the Market Sales Manager and Branch Operations Manager in managing branch operations and compliance
- Manage branch staff including recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline
- Handle branch opening and closing procedures and security duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Perform account opening and other customer transactions as needed
- Represent the Bank in the community to drive business development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a retail branch environment
- 1 year of management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in leveraging technological systems and AI to enhance work efficiency
