Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Market Sales Manager and Branch Operations Manager in managing branch operations and compliance
• Manage branch staff including recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline
• Handle branch opening and closing procedures and security duties
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Perform account opening and other customer transactions as needed
• Represent the Bank in the community to drive business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a retail branch environment
• 1 year of management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in leveraging technological systems and AI to enhance work efficiency
