About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and participate in daily operations in an outdoor and physical environment
- Promote a safe workplace and enforce Health & Safety rules
- Assist with monthly Health & Safety audits
- Manage scheduling and achieve sales and production targets
- Support employees with daily tasks and operational initiatives
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for hourly employees
- Perform administrative tasks including cash deposits, payroll, and scheduling
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new staff
- Act as an ambassador for organizational changes
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service
- Minimum of one year of experience in a management role
- College or university degree
- Ability to work one weekend out of every two
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail or automotive sector
- Bilingualism in French and English
