Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and manage a team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain an active presence on the field to oversee operations in a physical environment
• Promote a safe and welcoming workplace by applying environmental and health and safety rules
• Assist the Branch Manager with monthly health and safety audits and employee communications
• Manage schedules, sales targets, and production goals
• Perform administrative tasks including cash deposits, payroll, and scheduling
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees
• Conduct quarterly evaluations for hourly employees

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service
• Minimum of one year of experience in a management role
• College or university diploma
• Ability to work one weekend out of every two
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or the automotive industry
• Bilingualism (French and English)
