Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations including scheduling and meeting sales/production targets
• Actively participate in field operations in outdoor and physically demanding environments
• Enforce environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures
• Assist the Branch Manager with employee communications, recruitment, and onboarding
• Conduct quarterly evaluations for hourly employees
• Complete administrative tasks such as cash deposits and payroll
• Promote a safe and welcoming workplace

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of management experience
• College or university degree
• Ability to work one weekend out of every two

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail or automotive industry
• Bilingualism in French and English
