Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Administrator

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day operational issues
• Assist Branch Managers in the implementation and adoption of the Total Wealth Strategy
• Provide ongoing coaching, employee development, performance management, and motivation
• Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners to deliver holistic client advice
• Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment using a coaching mindset

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management or financial services)
• Registered Representative License
• CIRO Supervisor License
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience is considered an asset
