About the role
Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day operational issues
- Assist Branch Managers in the implementation and adoption of the Total Wealth Strategy
- Provide ongoing coaching, employee development, performance management, and motivation
- Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners to deliver holistic client advice
- Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment using a coaching mindset
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management or financial services)
- Registered Representative License
- CIRO Supervisor License
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and process-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management experience is considered an asset
