Assistant Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Boutique Director in managing overall boutique operations, including policies, procedures, and corporate directives
• Lead and motivate the sales team through coaching, feedback, and optimal floor coverage scheduling to achieve performance goals
• Act as a brand ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, networking within the community and upholding Maison values
• Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Liaise with corporate departments regarding stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational requirements
• Oversee back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong selling and closing skills within a high-end environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Work
• Ability to travel as required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment
• Experience in luxury sales and client relationship management
• Proficiency in a foreign language applicable to the local market
