Assistant Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily boutique operations to achieve sales performance goals and ensure alignment with service standards.
• Manage staff and resources effectively across the store or specific departments.
• Develop and implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
• Identify products that meet customer needs and provide advanced product information and demonstrations.
• Record and process custom or special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely delivery.
• Provide managerial approvals and respond to basic issue escalations.
• Participate in continuous training and development to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.
• Proven expertise in luxury product sales.
• Experience coordinating the work of others in a retail or boutique environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as an experienced practitioner.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
