- Supervise daily boutique operations to achieve sales performance goals and ensure alignment with service standards.
- Manage staff and resources effectively across the store or specific departments.
- Develop and implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
- Identify products that meet customer needs and provide advanced product information and demonstrations.
- Record and process custom or special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely delivery.
- Provide managerial approvals and respond to basic issue escalations.
- Participate in continuous training and development to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
Requirements

- Proven expertise in luxury product sales.
- Experience coordinating the work of others in a retail or boutique environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as an experienced practitioner.
