  • Lead day-to-day operations for specific store departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Record and process custom or special orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely delivery.
  • Manage monthly schedules and assign tasks to team members to prioritize high-priority work.
  • Develop new customer relationships through proactive outreach and detailed client interviews.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education.
  • Proven experience with straightforward operational procedures or systems.
  • Experience coordinating the work of others in a professional environment.
  • Ability to handle basic issue escalations and provide managerial approvals.
