Assistant Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the boutique manager in driving store operations and exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and coach associates on sales behaviors
• Manage sales supervisor segments and staff shifts
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Support staff professional lifecycle including training, retention, and career development
• Manage customer relationship issues and resolve them effectively
• Oversee inventory processes and loss prevention strategies
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and replenishment processes are maintained
• Manage labor budgets and operational expenses
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
