About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in driving store operations and exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance and coach associates on sales behaviors
- Manage sales supervisor segments and staff shifts
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Support staff professional lifecycle including training, retention, and career development
- Manage customer relationship issues and resolve them effectively
- Oversee inventory processes and loss prevention strategies
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and replenishment processes are maintained
- Manage labor budgets and operational expenses
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
