Assistant Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the boutique manager in driving store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and hourly sales per associate through coaching and demonstration of sales behaviors
• Assign sales supervisor segments and shifts to the sales management team
• Train and develop sales associates based on company-defined sales behaviors
• Manage and resolve customer relationship issues
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Manage labor budgets, target wage rates, and other discretionary expenses
• Support physical inventory processes and loss prevention strategies
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
• Monitor replenishment processes to ensure sales floor is fully stocked
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or assistant management roles
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage operational tasks including scheduling and inventory
• Leadership skills to train and develop staff
