Assistant Boutique Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and boutique performance to drive profitability
• Manage and motivate sales associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Oversee boutique operations including stock control, inventory accuracy, and administrative tasks
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to uphold the Delvaux brand image
• Develop and manage strong relationships with VIPs and top clients to foster loyalty
• Support business development initiatives and local market awareness to grow the customer base
• Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and security procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of boutique management experience, specifically within luxury retail
• Proven experience supporting and leading teams in a high-end retail environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
