Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique manager in directing operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitable growth
  • Drive sales performance and sales per hour by coaching and teaching sales behaviors
  • Assign sales supervisor segments and shifts to the sales management team
  • Manage and resolve customer relationship issues
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to meet staffing guidelines

  • Support labor budget management, target wage rates, and discretionary expenses
  • Assist with physical inventory processes and loss prevention strategies
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
  • Monitor replenishment processes to ensure sales floor is fully stocked according to brand guidelines
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements
