Assistant BIM Technician - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering, CAD, and BIM support for Buildings & Utility services engineering projects
• Produce engineering calculations, BIM models, detailed engineering designs, and construction drawings
• Undertake feasibility studies and develop concepts through to detailed design and specification
• Develop energy strategies incorporating renewable technologies and low energy designs
• Ensure compliance with local authority planning requirements and relevant standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to Senior Engineers and Project Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Proven experience in the design of Building Services
• Experience working on international projects
• Proficiency in technical software such as Hevacomp, Amtech, Dialux, or Relux
• Membership in an accredited engineering body (e.g., MIET, CIBSE, INSRAE, or ASHRAE)
• Strong command of English and technical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
