Assistant Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day bar operations to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Monitor beverage cost, inventory, and ordering processes to ensure profitability
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with departments to implement promotions, events, and service enhancements
• Handle guest interactions and complaints with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Experience in a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literate and familiar with bar systems and POS
• Knowledge of beverage products, service procedures, and budgeting
