Assistant Baseball Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in organizing, developing, and administering the intercollegiate baseball program
• Ensure program compliance with NCAA Division III, Middle Atlantic Conference, and university regulations
• Participate in the recruitment of qualified student-athletes within established guidelines
• Support the overall development and management of the baseball team

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent related work experience
• Prior experience coaching or playing baseball, preferably at the intercollegiate level
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, recruits, administrators, and alumni
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel and availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
