About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple bar areas and ensure high-standard operations during live shows and events
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of a diverse front-of-house team
- Handle stock management, including ordering, regular stock-takes, and cellar maintenance
- Drive financial success by assisting with revenue forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Manage cash, process weekly payroll, and oversee deliveries
- Perform duty management at live events to ensure smooth operational running
- Maintain highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Experience in bar supervision or management within the hospitality or live venue industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and EPOS systems
- Strong knowledge of cellar management
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
