Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing banquet, wedding, meeting, and event operations
- Supervise daily banquet operations, ensuring service standards, food quality, and cleanliness
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and support revenue targets
- Handle guest feedback and complaints while maintaining compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in an international hotel environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Knowledge of banquet operations, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy
