Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing banquet, wedding, meeting, and event operations
  • Supervise daily banquet operations, ensuring service standards, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and support revenue targets
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints while maintaining compliance with safety standards

Requirements

  • Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Experience in an international hotel environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, budgeting, and cost control
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy
