Assistant, Audience Development

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and schedule meetings for the US Audience Development team
• Manage end-to-end processes for new vendor setup and processing of invoices and POs
• Prepare weekly Audience Development reports covering audience growth, digital KPIs, social content, and trend tracking
• Assist with research, ideation, and execution of digital campaigns, including influencer campaigns and social content shoots
• Coordinate weekly digital partner pitching and asset tracking for priority releases
• Support digital platform requests, verifications, and troubleshooting
• Assist with new artist onboarding, including social audits and digital optimization recommendations
• Maintain internal documentation, agency databases, and super fan/creator directories

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience
• Knowledge of the recorded music business and the music industry
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment
• Ability to work overtime when necessary

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
