About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage career development services for over 800 student-athletes, including career readiness, internship placement, and post-graduation guidance.
- Develop and implement career programming, action plans, and databases for alumni, employers, and student-athletes.
- Serve as a primary liaison between student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and external employers.
- Provide supervisory oversight for Success Through Well-Being (STWB) casual employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Support budget preparation, expenditure controls, and the management of NCAA student assistance funds and reporting.
- Oversee student-athlete awards programs, including budgeting, inventory, and the nomination process.
- Assist leadership in developing and delivering broader Success Through Well-Being initiatives and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4-6 years of related professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and the general public.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree.
- Successful experience in athletics administration.
- Experience working at the NCAA Division I level.
