Assistant Athletic Director for Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee athletic fundraising events and processing, including the booster club and golf tournaments
• Manage athletic gameday administration and facilitate gameday activities and promotions
• Coordinate athletics transportation and manage the athletics master calendar
• Oversee concession management for all Bethel Athletic activities
• Serve as the NAIA and KCAC Champions of Character liaison
• Oversee NAIA eligibility compliance documents
• Supervise one office assistant and various student workers
• Collaborate with the Sports Information Director on media necessities and community involvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in athletic administration at the high school or collegiate level
• Active First Aid/CPR certification
• Completion of the NAIA Champions of Character-Driven Coaches online course
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of a dynamic athletic department

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience as a Head Coach at the collegiate or high school level
• Experience in a collegiate administrative supervisory role (e.g., Athletic Director or Sports Information Director)
