Assistant Associate - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant, office, or warehouse
• Operate various equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks
• Adhere to all SOPs, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), plant safety, and quality requirements
• Complete necessary documentation using computerized inventory systems
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, throughput, and quality
• Provide technical support to hi-rise operations and resolve warehousing issues
• Coordinate with team members to achieve deliverables and manage individual workflows

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to operate various types of motorized forklifts
• Proficiency in completing documentation related to inventory movement
• Advanced electronic and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, and SharePoint
• Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to verbal and written instructions and facility documents
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination across shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing environments
• Relevant area certifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with common AI tools to enhance productivity
• Experience with RM related tasks and handling of RLAF/Isolator
