About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach legal writing courses to law students at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law
- Prepare and inspire students to master the theory and experiential skills necessary for legal practice
- Engage in scholarly activities; scholarship is encouraged and eligible for summer research stipends
- Contribute to a diverse scholarly community committed to student success and intellectual discovery
Requirements
- JD degree
- Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analysis
- Strong oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching legal writing
