About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach 24 credits per academic year across undergraduate BS and graduate MS/RDN nutrition programs
  • Contribute to the management and administration of accredited programs
  • Participate in departmental, school, and campus committees as appointed
  • Engage in departmental and campus recruitment events to promote student retention
  • Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation
  • Maintain high academic standards using appropriate student evaluation mechanisms
  • Analyze and implement changes based on programmatic and departmental outcomes

Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in a relevant field
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Three years of professional experience post-credentialing
  • College-level teaching experience in a baccalaureate or higher degree program
  • Administrative experience in an academic setting
  • Excellent leadership, supervision, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with simulation equipment
