About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach 24 credits per academic year across undergraduate BS and graduate MS/RDN nutrition programs
- Contribute to the management and administration of accredited programs
- Participate in departmental, school, and campus committees as appointed
- Engage in departmental and campus recruitment events to promote student retention
- Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation
- Maintain high academic standards using appropriate student evaluation mechanisms
- Analyze and implement changes based on programmatic and departmental outcomes
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in a relevant field
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Three years of professional experience post-credentialing
- College-level teaching experience in a baccalaureate or higher degree program
- Administrative experience in an academic setting
- Excellent leadership, supervision, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with simulation equipment
