Requirements
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in International Relations, Political Science, Diplomacy, or Public Policy, Demonstrated ability to teach at the post-secondary level, Knowledge of global political systems and international institutions

Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in areas such as international relations theory, U.S. foreign policy, international organizations, negotiation and conflict resolution, global governance, and diplomatic practice
- Demonstrate excellence in teaching international relations, diplomacy, and global affairs
- Provide strong commitment to student mentorship
- Integrate experiential learning with academic instruction
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in International Relations, Political Science, Diplomacy, Public Policy, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the post-secondary level
- Strong knowledge of global political systems, international institutions, and contemporary foreign policy issues
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in International Relations, Political Science, or related discipline
- Professional experience in diplomacy, international organizations, public service, policy analysis, or global non-profit leadership
- Experience with experiential learning models, including simulations, Model United Nations, policy labs, or diplomatic negotiations
- Record of scholarship, policy engagement, or applied research
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive and equitable teaching practices
- Experience mentoring students for internships, fellowships, or careers in government, international organizations, or NGOs
