About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant, office, or warehouse using equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and power trucks
  • Adhere to all SOPs, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), plant safety, and quality requirements
  • Complete necessary documentation using computerized inventory systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive increased efficiency, throughput, and quality
  • Provide technical support to hi-rise operations and resolve warehousing issues
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve deliverables and troubleshoot process issues within agreed timeframes

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Graduation with at least 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of cGMP and ability to follow established SOPs and Quality systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and working knowledge of SAP for warehouse operations
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to verbal and written facility documents
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in material receipt, storage, and finished goods distribution
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management and SAP systems
  • Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing work environment
  • Familiarity with common AI tools to enhance productivity
