About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage material receipt, storage, and issuance in accordance with established procedures
  • Post goods receipts in SAP and notify users for required inspections
  • Label all materials under inspection and approved materials correctly
  • Execute material issuance against EAMS Pick tickets, SAP Reservations, or stores indents
  • Handle documentation including ARE/BOE submission to indirect taxation and invoices for vendor payments
  • Manage Gate Pass numbers for RGP/NRGP and maintain the RGP register
  • Conduct random and yearly physical stock verifications for engineering stores
  • Manage shortage, damage, and rejection materials within the inventory
  • Coordinate the receipt and unloading of fuels and other user-point materials
  • Adhere to all SOPs, cGMP, plant safety, quality, and documentation requirements
  • Support internal and regulatory audits and walkthroughs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering stores or warehouse management
  • Graduate or Diploma degree
  • Proficiency in SAP MM, EAMS, or ARIBA
  • Strong knowledge of material receipt, storage, and issuance processes
  • Understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) and shelf-life tracking
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Good documentation practices and integrity in all activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in professional warehousing environments
  • Relevant certifications in warehouse or logistics management
  • Proactive and effective communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity
