Assistant/Associate Adjunct Faculty - Communications and Film

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Communication B.S. program in the Department of Communications and Film
• Instruct subjects such as Communications Research and Methodology, Mass Media and American Society, Media Literacy, and Introduction to Media Arts
• Facilitate individual study classes and work closely with students on their specific study or research projects
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the academic community

Requirements

• Possession of a graduate degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience teaching at the college level

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to mentor students on individual research projects
• Ability to teach a diverse range of media and communication topics
