Responsibilities

• Analyze work processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Monitor operations to spot gaps in service delivery and patient experience
• Develop and maintain effective reporting structures for unit performance
• Maintain deep knowledge of unit functioning, including patient flow and staff responsibilities
• Guide and support a team of 15-20 members in handling escalations and SOP adherence
• Use data-driven insights to optimize processes across the unit
• Provide training and mentorship to upskill team members
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving escalations professionally
• Monitor team attire and grooming standards per hospital protocol
• Manage attendance records and compliance via the Zimyo app

Requirements

• 5-6 years of total experience
• Minimum 3 years of Team Lead experience
• Proven experience handling a team of sales executives
• Direct sales experience (no telecalling experience)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a team of 12-13 members
• Maximum age of 35 years
