Assistant Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor program quality, safety, and staff engagement
• Support Program Coordinators with planning, implementation, and problem-solving
• Coordinate and oversee supplemental programs and sports leagues across multiple sites
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and onboarding support to Program Coordinators
• Monitor attendance, staffing ratios, and compliance with organizational and district requirements
• Assist with strategic initiatives, data analysis, and enrollment efforts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators and district partners

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Experience working in schools and leading large teams
• Strong leadership and professionalism skills
• Ability and willingness to complete 6 hours of online training (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
• Passion for education and working with children

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in education, child development, or a related field
