Responsibilities

• Analyze work processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Monitor operations to spot gaps in service delivery or patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting structures for unit performance visibility
• Coordinate teams, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain communication quality
• Use data-driven decision making to optimize processes
• Provide training and mentorship to guide and upskill team members
• Handle escalations promptly and monitor team attendance and grooming

• Ability to analyze workflows and identify operational gaps
• Strong coordination and team management skills
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making
