Assistant Area Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support Site Directors with daily program operations and team needs
• Conduct site visits to ensure program quality and consistency
• Assist with staff training, resources, and operational support
• Support before care, after care, and summer camp programs
• Build positive relationships with educators and Site Directors
• Support onboarding, training, and team development efforts
• Assist with maintaining accurate records and program documentation
• Support compliance requirements, licensing needs, and company procedures
• Assist with scheduling and payroll processes
• Maintain positive communication with families, school partners, and internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education) with 1+ year of youth program supervision experience, or Associate's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 10 direct reports
• Experience managing educational or youth-centered programs
• Reliable transportation for commuting between multiple sites
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (obtained through in-person training)
• Proficiency with compliance, licensing, and administrative processes
