Assistant Après Vente

Responsibilities

• Manage complete after-sales billing for repair and bodywork operations
• Process repair orders (OR) and issue invoices for various customer types (cash, account, 24/7 services, etc.)
• Handle warranty files and ensure necessary corrections within the management system
• Manage bodywork and insurance-related billing, acting as a point of contact for automotive experts and insurance companies
• Monitor unpaid invoices, perform follow-ups, and resolve billing disputes with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure administrative compliance and high-quality customer follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of post-diploma experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• Proficiency in IT tools and billing systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle administrative disputes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive, heavy goods vehicle (HGV), or industrial vehicle sector
