About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product development from initial concept through garment production
- Research emerging trends through market shopping, vintage research, and customer analysis
- Drive big picture trend and mood direction for each season
- Oversee all aspects of product development, including fabric and trim selection
- Edit garment fit on live models to ensure high-quality, aspirational results
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve brand vision
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or junior status working towards a degree
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Proven technical design skills with an eye for color and impeccable taste
- Ability to identify and interpret relevant fashion trends
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Submission of portfolio, resume, and unofficial transcripts required
