About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in scholarship, teaching, and service functions within the College of Pharmacy
  • Teach in the graduate pharmacology program (M.S. & Ph.D.) and the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program
  • Conduct scholarly research and collaborate with researchers both on and off campus
  • Seek and obtain extramural funding to support research initiatives
  • Utilize integrated drug discovery and development centers and AI-driven research tools

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Pharmacology
  • Proven track record of scholarly research and peer-reviewed publications
  • Demonstrated potential for attracting extramural funding
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in pharmacy
  • Prior teaching experience at a college of pharmacy or similar academic program
  • Expertise in areas such as Molecular Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Therapeutics, Clinical Pharmacology, Systems Pharmacology, Pharmacogenomics, or Pharmacometrics
