Assistant amélioration des processus achats

Responsibilities

• Map procurement processes from initial request to final invoice
• Identify process malfunctions and analyze their root causes
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Propose and follow up on continuous improvement actions
• Ensure the reliability of procurement data, including suppliers, categories, and imputations
• Contribute to the optimization of management tools and digitalization (Baseware / e-invoicing)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Procurement, Finance, Data, or a related field
• Strong appetite for project management and data analysis
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to work autonomously
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage
