About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and update documentary databases (GED/DOCTEAM) and maintain filing plans.
- Perform quality control on documents in compliance with QSE requirements.
- Provide administrative HR support, including tracking authorizations, leaves, and on-call schedules.
- Manage logistics and general services, such as professional travel and site resources (vehicles, equipment).
- Automate tracking processes using Excel and VBA.
- Provide level 1 IT support and contribute to the optimization of documentary processes.
Requirements
- Bac +3 degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administrative assistance, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in document management systems (GED).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA programming.
- Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD.
- Operational English proficiency for working in an international context.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential data.
