About the role
Responsibilities
- Create emails and newsletters for internal events and information gathering
- Monitor departmental invoicing and propose process optimizations
- Manage the group's vehicle fleet administration (fines, rental follow-ups, etc.)
- Track group automobile insurance and report on fleet data (mileage, mobility)
- Centralize and distribute information to teams
- Prepare presentation materials
- Update reporting tables related to departmental contracts
- Monitor the group's rental fleet and lease management
- Assist in analyzing tenders and responding to participants
