About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administration (absences, medical visits, onboarding/offboarding, insurance)
- Manage employee leave and update organizational charts
- Maintain personnel registers and staff lists
- Act as the interface for external service providers (cleaning companies, etc.)
- Ensure facility maintenance and manage office supply stocks
- Coordinate with IT and telephone technicians for equipment support
- Manage mail and invoice tracking
- Contribute to internal event organization and office life animation
- Create communication visuals in coordination with marketing
- Manage prospect distribution and portfolio administration via internal back-office tools
Requirements
- Training in Human Resources, administrative management, or assistance
- Previous significant experience in a versatile administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and rigorous with ability to multitask
- Versatile and adaptable to both HR and general services tasks
- Proactive, autonomous, and good sense of priorities
- Proficient with IT tools and software
