About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new projects, policies, and procedures to meet departmental goals
  • Manage a combination of administrative functions including Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Mail Service, and fleet management
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of direct reports
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure optimum utilization of equipment and employee productivity
  • Manage the purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment while maintaining budget expense control
  • Select, train, and instruct staff on office procedures
  • Provide input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in administrative management or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate and supervise business or technical support teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, deliverables, and priorities
