Assistant Acrobatics & Tumbling Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of a nationally competitive Acrobatics & Tumbling team
• Recruit student-athletes committed to academic and athletic excellence
• Train, strengthen, and develop all student-athletes through elite-level skill instruction
• Assist with administrative duties including fundraising, community service, and academic support
• Help develop and implement year-round strength and conditioning programs
• Support the development and implementation of camps and clinics
• Ensure compliance with all NCATA, NCAA, and Gannon University policies and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Collegiate-level experience in gymnastics, cheer, or acrobatics & tumbling
• Successful completion of the USA Gymnastics safety course
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
• Working knowledge of NCATA and NCAA rules
• Ability to meet physical demands, including spotting student-athletes and moving mats

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Prior collegiate competitive or coaching experience
• Coaching experience at the high school level or higher
