Assistant Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive target achievement across new sign-ups, activations, and new revenue streams
• Oversee the Acquisition Team and Business Development Associate to ensure high-quality pipeline creation
• Monitor deal progression, including scoping, solution design, and quoting accuracy
• Manage direct reports to grow client segments in both volume and account quality
• Coordinate B2B marketing, industry partnerships, and sales enablement materials
• Drive strategic optimization of KPIs and ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Driver Operations to drive commercial excellence
• Improve sales SOPs, pitch decks, and industry-specific playbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales or account management teams
• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise relationship management
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work onsite in Parañaque, Metro Manila (Monday-Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology, SaaS, or fintech industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams
