Assistant Accountant

We provide data-driven solutions ranging from AI automation and consumer experience creation to data strategy and digital marketing consulting for global clients like Orange, Carrefour, and Engie.

Responsibilities

• Collect missing invoices and information from suppliers and business teams
• Control and validate invoices upon receipt with various teams
• Enter supplier invoices into Sage software
• Update and control analytical codes for accounting entries
• Analyze supplier accounts through reconciliation and balance justification
• Control, validate, and integrate expense reports into Sage
• Participate in the improvement of management tools such as Yooz, Sage 1000, and BI Reporting
• Perform various administrative tasks and assist in semi-annual closing preparations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in management, accounting, audit, or finance
• Ideally possesses a first professional experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting techniques and professional software (ideally Sage and Microsoft Office)
• Highly organized, enthusiastic, and autonomous
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
