Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details
• Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Fill in for the Site Manager or open Shift Security Captain positions
• Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections and pre-operational checks
• Conduct and report on building inspections and safety concerns
• Review traffic enforcement and patrol activities
• Provide summaries of active security systems, equipment impairments, and KPI reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Industrial security experience
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform foot patrols in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management, or related field
• Previous MARSEC, NRC, and Industrial facility security experience
• CPP certification (ASIS)
• OSHA-10 certification
